Review Process and Reviewers
1. The decision to publish individual texts is made on the basis of the aims and objectives of the journal and the subject matter of the text and its relevance to science and practice, originality, as well as the research methods used, choice of sources and communicativeness of the message.
2. In the cover letter sent when the text is submitted, a statement should be included that the submitted work has not been published anywhere before, nor has it been submitted for publication in another journal.
3. The basis for qualifying an article for publication is two positive reviews by specialists in the field to which the article relates, not connected with the centre where the author works. In the case of fundamentally contradictory assessments, the Editorial Team reserves the right to appoint a third reviewer whose opinion will be conclusive. In the reviewing procedure, the principle of anonymity of the author and the reviewer is observed (double-blind review). The list of reviewers collaborating with the journal in a given year is posted on the journal's website, without indicating the specific publications that were reviewed by each reviewer.
4. The Author is notified by the Editorial Team of the result of the review process and receives copies of the review. The Author may be asked to make changes suggested by the Reviewer so that the article can be accepted for further proceedings.
5. The Editorial Team reserves the right to make changes regarding necessary corrections and abbreviations without consulting the author.
