Conference at the Home Army Museum "Home Army - State of Research and Research Prospects"

The Home Army Museum invites researchers to participate in a scientific conference titled "Home Army - State of Research and Research Perspectives." The event will take place on October 22-23, 2026, in Krakow.

The history of the Polish Underground State and the Home Army is a key area of research on the German and Soviet occupation of Polish lands. At the same time, the specific nature of the underground, the fragmented nature of documentation, and the postwar political and archival conditions meant that the historiography of the Home Army developed in diverse domestic and emigration contexts, generating diverse narratives and interpretative traditions.
