TECHNOLOGICAL SOVEREIGNTY – THEORETICAL AND ANALYTICAL CONCEPTUALIZATION OF THE CONCEPT IN THE FIELD OF SOCIAL RESEARCH
The purpose of the article is to adapt the concept of technological sovereignty to the Polish scientific discourse with the postulate of expanding research in this area. This article is an effort to implement the concept and improve the perception of the policy of technological sovereignty into the properties of the cognitive category of security science and political science. Under this premise, the theoretical and analytical designators extracted in the course of analysis allow the construction of a research operative. The article attempts to provide a theoretical and cognitive account of technological sovereignty in the context of the geo-economic paradigm and the concept of technological warfare.
