Information on the Procedure
The request (ticket) should contain:
- 1) details of the person making the request and how to contact him/her,
- 2) indication of which website is being referred to,
- 3) information on exactly which element(s) is the subject of the ticket,
- 4) a convenient way to obtain alternative access.
The ticket will be dealt with as soon as possible and at the latest within 7 days of receipt. If this time is too short to deal with the request, the person making the request will be informed via the indicated contact method about the new deadline, which will not be longer than 2 months. If the request is not feasible, access to the content will be offered in an alternative manner.
If the complainant is not satisfied with our actions, they can file a complaint with the Malopolska Municipal Office, and if they still have concerns, they can report them to the Ombudsman.
