About the Journal
Overview
Studia Iberystyczne, or Iberian Studies, is an open-access scientific journal dedicated to the questions of culture, language and literature of Spain, Portugal and Latin American countries. The journal publishes original research works on the following language areas: Castilian, Portuguese, Catalan, and Galician. The journal is published by the Department of Hispanic Philology and the Department of Portuguese Philology and Translation Studies at the Institute of Romance Philology of Jagiellonian University. Starting with issue no. 7 (2008), Studia Iberystyczne has published articles in different conference languages, including Polish, in order to promote the research developed by Polish Hispanists abroad. The first six issues of the journal are available exclusively in Polish. The publication is financed by the Dean of the Faculty of Philology of the Jagiellonian University of Cracow. The primary version of the journal is an electronic version. The paper version is published in 100 copies. The publication is free of charge.

Archiving and Repository Policy
The electronic backup and preservation of access to the journal content are provided by the publisher. The journal content is also archived with the Jagiellonian Library (Kraków, Poland) as a long-term preservation service. It might be deposited in institutional repositories belonging to universities, including the Repository of Jagiellonian University if only an agreement with the publisher has been signed.
